Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kirby Systems account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
